Inyection: With over 17 years of experience and a remarkable development of plastic production machines, including, over a dozen injectors, IML processes, state-of-the-art robots, and heat transfer printers for the industrial development area, Zott is in a position to offer a huge variety of simple or complex plastic products that combine various processes, for instance, those required by the production of plastic pieces with lenticular lenses printed in offset incorporated to IML processes. Mold making: This area has the most modern technology: A mechanization center and numerical control milling and lathe machines to manufacture plastic injection molds. This equipment is managed by industrial designers, projectists, and operators who work in the construction, adjustment and reparation of all injection molds as well as in the development of prototypes and pilot molds saving significant time and costs.

Pre-press:Our pre-press service counts with the technology of the most modern CTP (computer to plate) which enables us to work faster, with a better control and quality and, at the same time, search for new applications with innovative materials.
